Dowyn on the Web
Head to dowynapp.com/app, sign in with the account you already use, and everything's there waiting. Not a cut-down version — the whole thing.
- The same account, the same Dowyns: Sign in with Apple, Google or email and you land exactly where you left off. Your creatures, your levels, your streak.
- The full game: Tasks and habits, XP and evolutions, gym battles, daily challenges, discoveries, your whole collection.
- Made for a keyboard: The days you're at a desk, adding and checking off tasks is just faster. Then pick your phone back up and carry on.
- Nothing to install: It's a web page. Open it, sign in, done.
Sign in with Google
Alongside Apple and email, you can now sign in with Google — on your phone and in the browser. If you already have an account, signing in with a different method that uses the same email address takes you to the same Dowyns, not a new empty account.
Everything Stays in Sync
Using two devices should feel like using one. A fair chunk of this release went into exactly that, in places you'd never think to look:
- Your daily challenges are the same everywhere. Both the app and the web work out the day's three challenges the same way, so you see the same set on whichever one you open.
- Your week starts on the same day. Weekly progress used to depend on your device's regional settings. It doesn't anymore.
- "Weekdays" means weekdays. Repeating tasks set to weekdays land on Monday through Friday, consistently.
Fixes & Polish
- Account management is more reliable, including deleting your account and everything in it.
- Password reset tells the truth. If a reset email can't be sent, it says so instead of cheerfully claiming it worked.
